As of March 2021, the multi-size silicone diaphragm, Singa®, is available in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, Netherlands, Belgium, and the United Kingdom. A project brief reporting on the acceptability and uptake of the Caya diaphragm in public and private sector clinics in Niamey, Niger is now available. The Expanding Effective Contraceptive Options (EECO) project introduced Caya in collaboration with WCG and PSI.
Medintim implements a marketing survey annually to understand experiences of Caya diaphragm users. Results of surveys fielded to users between 2015-2018 are available here.
